ZED Events is a market leading brand who host high-quality Zombie Experience days across the country. We were tasked with producing a web experience for clients before they booked onto the event. The website was designed to give players an introduction to the zombie experience through event teasers and press information which would ultimately direct users to the ZED events booking form.
Suspension of disbelief was an important element in creating the ZED events website. In order to achieve this, our design team integrated thematic “zombie virus outbreak” imagery throughout the website. As a result information on ZED Events zombie experience days is accessible in the style of medical case files, news reports, virus outbreak statistics, and newspaper clippings.
Our design team also worked on a number of supplementary materials for the brand including ZED branded apparel, brochures, and marketing emails with the aim of extending ZED’s marketing campaign across a range of online and offline media.
In addition to this, our community management team handled customer support and booking enquiries via telephone, email and social media using their first-hand knowledge of the genre, industry and experience to answer questions and encourage potential visitors to take part.
