Creating bespoke gifting experiences for creators
Cozy games are built around comfort, escapism and the small details that make players feel at home. We wanted Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar’s influencer campaign to feel exactly the same.
Making cozy gaming tangible
Rather than sending creators another generic promotional package, Jelly created a bespoke gifting experience inspired by the warmth and personality of the Story of Seasons world – designed to feel like something a creator would genuinely be excited to receive, use and share.
From the initial concept through to delivery, Jelly managed the entire activation, including box design, product sourcing, creator selection, communications, logistics and fulfilment.
Creating something creators wanted to share
Every box was built around the cozy world of Story of Seasons, combining branded and practical items including embroidered blankets, patterned socks, candles, mugs, hot chocolate and personalised messaging.
The aim was simple – create an experience that felt like a gift rather than an advert. With no paid content requirement, the campaign relied on strong creator fit, thoughtful communication and the quality of the experience itself to generate organic content.
The Result
28 creators – 66% of recipients – went on to create content around their gift boxes, generating more than 100,000 views for Story of Seasons without any paid amplification. More importantly, the campaign showed how thoughtful creator gifting can turn a product launch into something people genuinely want to talk about – creating authentic brand exposure while strengthening relationships with creators who already had an affinity for the game.
The overwhelmingly positive response, including creators proactively contacting the team to thank them for the experience, showed that the campaign had landed as intended: as a genuine gift rather than another piece of branded marketing.
